99bdt Terms & Conditions — Your Agreement With Us

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using the 99bdt platform in any capacity, you confirm that you have read and understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and that you agree to be legally bound by them. These Terms apply to all services offered through 99bdt, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, crash games, promotional offers, and customer support interactions.

99bdt reserves the right to amend, modify, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, we will endeavour to notify registered players via their registered email address or a prominent notice on the platform. Your continued use of 99bdt after any such notification constitutes binding acceptance of the updated Terms.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, bonuses claimed, and withdrawals requested — is your sole responsibility. 99bdt is entitled to treat all instructions received through your account as having been authorised by you unless you have previously notified us in writing of a compromise of your credentials.

You must keep your registered contact details, including your email address and mobile number, accurate and up to date at all times. Failure to maintain current contact details may result in delays to account verification, withdrawal processing, or important platform communications.

In the event of any conflict between a product-specific rule and these general Terms, the product-specific rule shall prevail in relation to that particular game or market.

• All bets are final once confirmed. 99bdt does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed bets except in cases where a bet has been accepted in error due to a system fault or an obvious pricing error.

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the 99bdt platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms, which may result in immediate account suspension, permanent account closure, and forfeiture of all account balances including pending withdrawals:

• Creating more than one account, whether in your own name or using another person's personal details.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent verification stage.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to interact with the platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or system vulnerabilities. Any such exploits must be reported to 99bdt support immediately; failure to do so may constitute a breach of these Terms.

• Allowing any third party, including a family member, to access or operate your account on your behalf.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, scrape, or reproduce any part of the 99bdt platform or its content.

Where 99bdt determines that prohibited conduct has occurred, it reserves the right to take all reasonable steps to recover losses caused to the platform, including initiating civil or criminal proceedings where appropriate.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 99bdt's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law.

In all other cases where 99bdt is found liable to you, our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 12 months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

99bdt collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By registering an account on 99bdt, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. You have the right to access, correct, and request deletion of your personal data, subject to 99bdt's legal obligations to retain certain records.

99bdt will never sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Nothing in this clause prevents either party from seeking urgent injunctive or other interim relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to prevent irreparable harm.
